The announcement comes after the company made a selection of kids TV channels free for children during the February half-term holidays. Now an even bigger selection of shows and movies will be available for the entire family. The line-up includes the following channels: Discovery HD, Comedy Central HD, E4 HD, Film 4 HD, Fox HD, Kiss, Magic, MTV HD, and National Geographic HD. Friends fans who don’t have access to Netflix will be pleased to hear that reruns of the show air consistently throughout the day on Comedy Central, whilst Discovery HD included originals such as Gold Rush – you can also watch Discovery shows for free using a trial of Discovery+. Virgin has also partnered with Tastemade to bring some original food and travel programming to the platform. Some of the shows that will be available to stream include The Pies That Changed My Life!, Plant-Based Budget Meals, and Travelling for your Tastebuds. Streaming this channel comes at no extra cost for customers. You can read more about the free premium channels over on the Virgin website.
