Sony Xperia M5 and Xperia C5 Ultra UK release date and price
Sony originally said the Xperia M5 and C5 Ultra would be available in the middle of August. Erm… Now, thanks to Carphone Warehouse, we know that the M5 will be available in early February 2016, although you can pre-order it now. Carphone Warehouse is offering the Sony Xperia M5 with an upfront cost of £29.99 on a £17-a-month plan on Vodafone, including 500 minutes, unlimited texts and 500MB of data – click here to pre-order the Sony Xperia M5. There’s no official release date for the C5 Ultra, although you can pick one up from unofficial vendors such as Simply Electronics for around £215. Incidentally, Simply Electronics also lists the Xperia M5 for around £244. Both are ‘Dual’ versions of the smartphone, which should mean they’re dual-SIM. Iit also means they are not the UK versions, of course, so be sure to check your mobile network is supported before you buy.

The main feature of these two smartphones is their advanced camera quality. Sony Xperia C5 Ultra The Xperia C5 Ultra gives you 13-megapixel Exmor RS front and rear cameras. That’s a nice feature that selfie lovers will appreciate.
The front camera has a 22m wide-angle lens and selfie flash. Both cameras display HRD, auto pre-set modes and 4x digital focus. Apart from the camera, the Xperia C5 Ultra has a 6-inch full-HD IPS display with 1920×1080 resolution and tiny bezels. According to Sony, Xperia C5 Ultra gives you “near borderless” display.

Sony gives you microSD card slot, meaning that you can further expand the internal memory. Xperia C5 Ultra will run Android 5.0 Lollipop and will feature a 2930mAh battery. According to Sony, it will last up to two days. We’ll see about that.
